The business environment is rapidly changing and in order to create a competitive advantage the market, organizations are facing problems of attracting highly skilled employees, hiring training right people for specialized jobs, effectively managing talent pool succession pool. In 21st century, when advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, robots, automation exploding labor some jobs disappearing new careers being created, need prepare employees these changes.
